The Toons Need Updating (WoW)
I had been holding off pushing level 60 for Kurathan until he had enough to get his level 60 mount, but that goal just seems to lofty. The money just was not coming in fast enough. So, with some goading from the guildmates, Kurathan made level 60 on Saturday.

After getting level 60, I dropped a bunch of quests for the main continents and moved on to the Outlands. Mistake. The Outlands simply kicks Kurathan's butt all over the place. In the Outlands, there is a mob called a Fel Reaver. This Fel Reaver is of (to Kurathan) unknown level, elite status. He can pretty much one-hit Kurathan. He, of course, runs around the first area of the Outlands, Hellfire Peninsula. Consequently, he has gone back to Silithus and picked up a bunch of quests. I hope to get Kurathan up a couple more levels before I take him back out to the Outlands.

In other Horde news, Celluth, my Blood Elf Priest, has completed all the starter quests in Eversong Woods and Ghostlands. I have moved him on the Silverpine Forest to finish up the 10-20 quest range for Horde before moving on to Hillsbrad Foothills.

In a final bit of Horde news, the Alliance guild group was running around with their new Horde toons when someone offered guild membership. He accepted. The offering player then set him as guild leader, left the guild, and logged out. Well, our enterprising friend, immediately removed all current members and ran to the bank to see what the guild vault would hold in store. All the gold was taken out (no surprise), but there were 2 tabs chock full of items. It's definitely a boon for us. So, the Blades of Azeroth now has a Horde companion guild called DarKVillianZ.

Giladen has popped 40 and gotten her mount thanks mostly to the generosity of my fellow guildmates. After sacrificing all of her coffers to open the guild vault's first tab, all members of the guild pitched in graciously to repay her and to push her up enough to get her mount.

Jelexaan has finally seen a significant amount of play time. However, I'm realizing that I don't really have a goal for this character. He is a Draenai Shaman at level 16 currently. He has 7 unspent talent points. Unspent, because I do not know what direction I want to take for him. I've been talking with Kareem to try to figure out what I really want him to do, and I think I may decide on him being more of a melee with some ranged casting ability.
Job Updates
I know it's only been forever, again, since my last posts. I've simply been neglecting posting.

It isn't because nothing is happening, because something is definitely happening. Most of which are not of any significance, though. I'm still without my own computer at home, and I still don't know when I'll ever get one back up and running. I have a list of parts I want to get from NewEgg.com. The list, with shipping, comes out to $430. Someday, I suppose...

Mary and I have been going to some recent modeling events and been having a blast. Mary's photography is only getting better as she goes along. Actually, we hope to have some good news coming up about her photography. I'll only say this much: commercial, full-time.

Her office in midtown Kansas City is really looking nice. We have GOT to get some pictures of it so we can show it off.

I am still trucking away at the same job at just over 3 years. Still enjoying it and still being loved at it, as far as I can tell.
Bicycles for Non-Riders
That's right. The 31 year old guy, that has never ridden a bicycle before, now has a nice 21-speed bike.

When I was a young boy, my parents had gotten me a tricycle. I did not learn to pedal it. I simply ran along with it. There was a little problem with that, though. That problem would be that there are two wheels in the back mounted by a bar across the back. I kept hitting the back of my Achille's heels on that bar. It definitely had something to do with my apprehension about moving up to a bicycle.

I'm fairly confident that my pedaling skills have been refined now.

I'll post a link to a picture of the bike soon. Some of you (very few) will be able to pick out something of significance on the bike, but, I assure you, it did not affect my decision in picking this bike.

Mary will be helping me out and babying my wounds for me.
